Do you offer PTE coaching?
We do. All three branches have PTE practice labs where you can train on actual test equipment. Face-to-face classes with certified trainers who understand the test inside out. Evening and weekend slots available since most of our students work full-time. The equipment practice makes a real difference compared to just studying online.

How quickly will you respond to my inquiry?

Will I get proof that my application has been submitted?
You'll have confirmation from Home Affairs within 24 hours of lodging, plus our submission report showing everything we filed. Application number, timestamp, document list - it's all there. Then we track it through the system and update you whenever status changes.

Can I visit your office in person?
Yes, at any of our three Australian offices. Book ahead so we can set aside proper time for you. Complex cases definitely benefit from sitting down together to go through documents. Video calls work too if you can't make it in person or you're overseas. Whatever works best for your situation.
